Ok so we are the new band Running On Empty. So how, you might ask, has this group of seemingly unexpected people come
together to form a band? Well it all pretty much started like this. Erik Espino( a new drummer on the circut) was looking
for a sucsessful band. After going through some prett talented musicians he was about to give up. Then while talking to long
time freind, Cole Blair, an idea sparked between the two, make a REAL band. So they got to work. first wanting a rythym guitarist,
they chose Chase Williams. After a short jam session and some chillin at the creek, the band just fell apart. Then Cole and
Erik heard that Robert Bouthilet, half french bastad, also played the guitar. Now, knowing this kid, Erik was almost certain
he would just be an intermediate player at best, but come first jam day, Robert blew Erik away. So that was settled. Now all
they needed was a bassist. They tried Buddy Brown once and never again and the same for Ryan Bell. After Cole stopped jamming
Erik and Robert went on to have standard practices. But eventually things like school and extra-ciricular events got in the
way and put an end to that. But that is what also brought them back together. After hearing about the school talent show talented
musicians were egaer to get a spot. The day it was announced Robert asked Erik to play the bass for them. He happily agreed
and the show went great. After that Robert and Ryan enlisted Dillion Larsen( also in the talent show) and Cole Blair(not in
the talent show). After some talk, Erik agreed to play the congas and bass, completing the band. They are now the newly uprising
but soon to be very well known, Running On Empty. But the best is yet to come.......
